totally agree. I'd love to even meet some of the riders who have done this or are doing it. They all deserve credit for attempting this and finding the time to do it!
This is basically how my mom fought hers. She refused to let her breast cancer take control of her. Two years after being diagnosed and having 3 lumps removed she is fine, all the cancer is gone and she's really changed her looks on life. My grandmother on the other hand, well she lost both her breasts and died from it. A pity because she was a nice lady. It just goes to show that you should never give up!
Awesome article. About the skiers bleeding though, I've wrecked pretty hard on my skis, which landed my with a separated jaw, 14 stitches under my jaw from my pole and 3 broken fingers. That was just from landing a switch 540 wrong. Didn't stop me from skiing, it only made me better in my mind and when I crash biking I try to figure out what I did wrong so it doesn't happen again.
Congrats on the PODS. You have some amazing pictures. I really like the BMX ones. Keep up the amazing work!
Cheers
